All of our software products are covered by free maintenance and support for 90 days after all tests have been completed and run smoothly in your organization. After the free maintenance and support period is over, a project-based maintenance agreement is required for product to continue smoothly to its lifetime and to obtain the necessary user support.
Our support team can provide remote support by connecting to your servers and user computers.
Remote Connection Support The maintenance agreement may vary depending on the content and scope of the project. Our customers and system users may have acces to our services at any time of the day, at working hours, including holidays etc. within the scope of the purchased maintenance agreement starting by delivery date of the project.
Phone And E-mail
Via telephone and e-mail, you may get directions regarding product usage and troubleshooting.
The scope of the maintenance and forms of intervention via Telephone / Email are detailed and secured with maintenance contracts signed with our customers. If you do not have a maintenance and support contract for the products you have acquired, bidding and pricing should be made.
