^_Lists

The following lists can be received from the system.

·         Users in the system

·         Personnel list

·         Location list

·         Department list

·         Fixture category list

·         Movements list

·         Fixture depreciation list

·         Insurance list

There is a filter screen on the left-hand side of all lists and there are relevant information and detailed information related to that information is displayed on the right-hand side. For example, while there are personnel on the upper screen, the fixtures which these personnel are held accountable are displayed in the sub-screen.

Printout can be taken by right clicking on each list.

Printouts can be sent with e-mail and converted to various file formats such as pdf, Excel, html, richtext etc. Different notes can be written on top or bottom of the printout, the colors of the document can be changed and a watermark can be placed.
