Alite User Definitions
Only the administrators have the authorization for the user definition screens. As in all definition screens, this page is also divided into two and the list with previous records is displayed on the left-hand side and the fields which will be used for new record entry are displayed on the right-hand side. In addition to these features, the system automatically imports the new records created in ERP. If requested, these products can be deleted with (X) and corrected with (\) pencil sign. After entering the information required for new user registration, the authorities of this user are assigned by being selected from the same information panel and then the administrator can add the new user to the user list in the system with “ADD” button.
